X Factor winner 2008, Alexandra Burke has her eyes set on becoming the UK’s dance diva 2012 with new single ‘Let it Go’.
The singer, who also announced the title of her forthcoming album ‘Heartbreak on Hold’, tweeted last night already that new single ‘Let it Go’ would be out soon. And Miss Burke kept her promise as the song received its radio premiere today.
While Elephant got quite some negative reactions at first due to its massive autotuning, the odds for new single ‘Let it Go’ are a lot more favourable as the youngest sound like a huge club hit in the making. Far less autotuning, great vocals by miss Burke, throw in the typical 90ies dance elements and you have a clubbanger!
”Let It Go” will be released via iTunes on May 27. Alexandra’s new album ”Heartbreak on Hold” will be available to download on June 4. The album has Burke as executive producer and features collaborations with Erick Morillo and David Guetta.
