X Factor judge Tulisa unveiled on Monday the video for her second solo single ‘Live It Up’. The track which the singer has described as ‘closer to her own personality’ is a collaboration with rapper Tyga and the follow up for her smash hit single ‘Young’.
The video for the track was shot in Hawaii and features the singer partying on the beach with friends. Some of the shots however do look very similar to Nicki Minaj’s ‘Starships’ video.
While there are no ambitions to get the track to number 1, according to the singer, ‘Live It Up’ does sound more Tulisa but we can’t say we were completely amazed by it on a first note. Mind you, the track does get better the more you hear it.
‘Live It Up’ will be out on September 10 digitally, with the debut album of the singer following later in the year. The singer confirmed she’s been working with songwriter Dianne Warren on her latest album.
