Will Young – I Just Want A Lover Video

We were rather chuffed to found out Will Young announced to release ‘I Just Want A Lover’ as the fourth single, lifted from his number one album  ‘Echoes’.

The video for previous single ‘Losing Myself’ really outclassed itself, so we were a bit apprehensive to find out Will was going to go all supermarket on us for this one, but surprise surprise… we do like it actually.

So what can you expect ?  Will at the checkout, Will trolley dancing in the parking lot. But above will he find his lover in the video? We let you find out!!

The singer announced in an interview with DigitalSpy, that this will be the last single from his album ‘Echoes’ as he’s bursting to start writing again. The new single ‘I Just Want A lover’ has its official release date on June 25.

The album ”Echoes” is out now.

One to Watch: Will Young – Losing Myself

10 years ago, a young man called Will Young went on to win the first edition of Idols, making it a inspiring talent show which would continue to dominate the UK and the rest of the world in different formats.

It’s unbelievable to see how Will Young got rid off  the Idols label and went from a talent show winner to a credible artist without falling into the forgotten debts and have an impressive career to look back on.

And what a career it is. His latest album ‘Echoes’ was released on Augst 19 and went to number 1 August 29 to hang on to it for quite some time. It is a brilliant masterpiece, consisting of ambient,  low, mature electropop produced by Richard X, a well known producer in the danceworld.

After the success of ‘Jealousy’ and the slightly underrated ‘Come On’ Will Young now releases ‘Losing Myself’ as the 3rd cut.

Again, Will Young proves to be a class act. His chilled vocals are part of the reason why this sounds so beautiful and classy. The song, carried out in a loungy mood with spacious synthesizer sounds, is drenched within emotions, suiting the overall production incredibly well. Not to mention the video! Will has definately raised his video profile. The acting career he’s been having over the years has done him much favour, putting lots of depth in performing the song. The dancing is stylish, we just love the full concept.

The official single release of ‘Losing Myself’ is scheduled for March 19. The track is however already available through the Album ‘Echoes’, which can be bought via iTunes.
